About
Maureen Birdsall · Creative Director. Strategist. Designer.
The hardest business problems rarely fit neatly into one discipline.
Sometimes the answer is a clearer brand. Sometimes it’s a better digital experience. Sometimes it’s stronger marketing, a simpler customer journey, or a smarter way to use AI. More often, it’s connecting those pieces into one clear direction.
That’s where I do my best work.
Over the past 25 years, I’ve built and scaled a creative agency, founded and exited a consumer subscription business, led marketing for a global company, and partnered with organizations ranging from startups to Sony Interactive and Netgear. Those experiences taught me how to move between strategy and execution without losing sight of the business outcome.
Clients don’t bring me in because they need another opinion. They bring me in because something important feels more complicated than it should. My role is to simplify the problem, align the right people, and create solutions that move the business forward.

Thoughts I Keep Coming Back To
The strongest brands feel inevitable, not invented.
Every brand has a story. Few know how to tell it.
Design is the output. Thinking is the advantage.
