Project Overview
DOXA DreamTeam AI is a lead-generation microsite built to reposition DOXA Talent as an AI-enabled staffing partner. DOXA needed a way to make an abstract idea concrete: what does an “AI-skilled offshore hire” actually look like for a specific role, before a prospect ever talks to sales.
We conceived, designed and built the entire microsite: positioning, site design and content, the interactive AI Team Builder, a library of downloadable Claude skill files, and the conversion funnel connecting all of it to a booked discovery call. Every part of it, from concept and UX through interface, content and working logic, was built directly in Claude.
A Note on Scope
We designed and built the DreamTeam AI microsite shown throughout this page: concept, site design, content and the interactive AI Team Builder, end to end. The one thing this project did not create is DOXA Talent’s own parent corporate brand, which was freshly relaunched separately by DOXA’s team. This microsite was designed to work within that existing brand system, not to define it.
The Challenge
DOXA needed to reposition itself as an AI-enabled staffing partner while generating qualified leads. “AI-skilled offshore talent” is a hard thing to sell in the abstract. Most prospects can’t picture what it actually means for their specific role until they see it. The goal was to help visitors visualize what an AI-skilled offshore team could look like for their business, then give them a low-friction way to act on that.
The Approach
Designed and built the entire experience in Claude, from concept and UX through interface design, content and working functionality. The result is an interactive lead magnet that guides visitors through selecting a role, choosing the skills that matter, and generating a tailored AI-enabled hire profile in real time, plus a library of downloadable skills kits and a conversion-focused lead capture funnel that connects qualified prospects directly with the sales team.
A visitor picks a role, Executive Assistant, Bookkeeper, Marketing Professional, and the specific skills they need. The tool generates a live “DOXA hire profile” showing exactly which AI tools that hire would use from day one, mapped skill by skill. No guesswork, no generic pitch: a specific, credible answer to “what would I actually be getting.”
Free, ready-to-install Claude skill files for the same three roles give visitors something immediately useful, the same prompts DOXA’s placed professionals use from day one, while capturing a business email in exchange. It’s proof of the product, not just a promise of it.
Every path through the experience, team builder, skills kit, or straight from the homepage, leads to the same low-friction next step: a 30-minute discovery call booked directly through an embedded Calendly flow, with no pitch deck required first.

What Makes It Work
The generated hire profile names real AI tools mapped to real skills for a real role, instead of a vague promise of “AI-enabled talent.” That specificity is what makes the tool credible rather than gimmicky.
Free skill files and a generated profile give something genuinely useful away first. The email capture happens as an exchange for value, not a gate in front of it.
By the time a visitor books a call, they’ve already chosen a role, selected the skills that matter to them, and seen exactly what DOXA would place. Sales starts the conversation already informed.
No handoff between a design file and a development team. Concept, interface and the working role-and-skills logic were all built directly in Claude, start to finish.
Our Role
We conceived, designed and built the DreamTeam AI microsite end to end: positioning, site design, the AI Team Builder, the skills kit content system and the lead-generation funnel that connects them, working within DOXA Talent’s existing parent brand system.
The Outcome
Delivered a fully AI-built lead generation experience that reinforced DOXA’s AI positioning while demonstrating the practical use of AI in product development. The tool educated prospective clients on AI-enabled talent and generated qualified discovery calls through a guided, self-service experience.
For us, the project is a working example of AI design engineering end to end: strategy, UX, interface and functioning product logic, conceived and built in Claude from a blank page to a live, working microsite, without a separate development handoff.
